Naira Manzoor

“Part storyteller, part strategist, she turns Srikula's vision into work that reaches people.”

Naira Manzoor lives where two worlds meet: the heart of a writer and the mind of a strategist.

As a storyteller, she writes with honesty about the things we often leave unsaid. She is a columnist and the author of the upcoming book Too Much, But True, and her words hold space for emotion, truth and the courage it takes to share them.

As a strategist, she brings over seven years of experience in transnational companies and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She knows how to turn big ideas into clear plans, and clear plans into real results.

At Srikula Foundation, she brings both worlds together. As General Secretary, she shapes the foundation's work from vision to action. As Assistant Director of the Kashmir Literature Festival, she has helped give Kashmir's writers, voices and heritage a stage. As Head of Cultural Projects for Jammu & Kashmir, India, at the BRICS Culture Media Forum, she carries that heritage to an international audience.

For Naira, culture is not something to be kept behind glass. It is something to be lived, shared and passed on, and she works every day to make sure it reaches the people it belongs to.

“Culture is not something to be kept behind glass. It is something to be lived, shared and passed on.”
