Last updated: 9 October 2026

Thank you for supporting our work

These terms explain how our website and donation facilities may be used. Please also review the Privacy Policy to understand how personal information is handled.

01

Introduction

Welcome to Srikula Foundation. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, including information about our initiatives, programmes, activities, and online donation facilities.

In these terms, Srikula Foundation is referred to as the Foundation, we, us, or our. Visitors and donors are referred to as you or your.

By accessing this website or using its donation facilities, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the relevant website services.

02

About Srikula Foundation

Srikula Foundation is an organisation working in Kashmir to support its charitable, educational, cultural, community, and other initiatives as applicable to its activities.

Information about our current programmes, objectives, and activities is provided on this website. Programme descriptions may change as activities develop and community needs evolve.

The exact legal name of the organisation, its registration details, and its official contact information should be confirmed through the Foundation's official records.

03

Donations and their use

Donations made through this website are voluntary contributions intended to support the Foundation's charitable objectives and activities.

Unless a particular campaign expressly states otherwise, donations may be used for relevant programmes, project delivery, administration, operational expenses, and other legitimate costs connected with the Foundation's objectives.

We aim to apply donations responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws, relevant programme requirements, and any restrictions expressly communicated to donors.

  • Please review the campaign or initiative information before making a donation.
  • A donation does not purchase goods, services, ownership, or any personal entitlement unless a separate arrangement expressly provides otherwise.
  • Donors should contact the Foundation before making a contribution subject to special conditions or restrictions.
  • The Foundation may change programme plans where reasonably required by operational needs, available resources, or community circumstances.
04

Online payments through Razorpay

The website uses Razorpay to facilitate online donation payments. Available payment methods depend on the payment options enabled at checkout and the relevant payment provider.

When you proceed with a donation, the payment may be processed by Razorpay, banks, card networks, UPI participants, and other payment service providers involved in the transaction.

Your payment is subject to the applicable terms, security checks, processing procedures, and requirements of the relevant payment providers.

The Foundation cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party payment services. A payment may be delayed, declined, pending, or marked unsuccessful because of technical issues, bank procedures, security checks, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  • Provide accurate donor and contact details when making a donation.
  • Do not share your card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP, passwords, or banking credentials with the Foundation through email, telephone, or contact forms.
  • Check the transaction status before attempting a payment again if your bank account has been debited but the website does not show confirmation.
  • Do not make an overseas contribution through this website unless the Foundation confirms that it is legally authorised and equipped to accept that contribution.
05

Donation confirmation and receipts

A payment should be treated as a completed donation only after the relevant payment provider or transaction records confirm its successful processing.

Where donation acknowledgements or receipts are available, the Foundation may issue them using the donor details supplied during the transaction. Please ensure that your name, email address, and any other requested details are accurate.

A payment confirmation, email acknowledgement, or receipt is evidence of the recorded transaction only. It does not automatically establish eligibility for any tax deduction or benefit.

Please contact the Foundation if you do not receive an expected acknowledgement or if a receipt contains an error.

06

Tax benefits

The Foundation does not represent that every donation made through this website is eligible for a tax deduction.

Any tax benefit is subject to the Foundation holding the relevant valid approval, the donation meeting applicable legal conditions, the donor's eligibility, and the required documentation and reporting being completed.

Please verify the Foundation's applicable approval status and consult a qualified tax adviser before claiming a deduction. Do not assume that a donation receipt alone establishes eligibility.

07

Refunds, duplicate payments, and payment errors

Donations are voluntary contributions. Once successfully processed, a donation is generally not refundable merely because a donor changes their mind.

If you believe that you have been charged twice, a failed transaction has resulted in a debit, an incorrect amount was charged, or another genuine payment error occurred, contact the Foundation as soon as possible and provide the transaction reference, date, amount, and relevant supporting information.

We will review such requests individually. Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be initiated through the original payment method or the applicable payment provider's process, subject to verification and applicable rules.

The time required for an approved refund to appear in your account depends on the payment provider, bank, and payment method. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Nothing in this section excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

08

Your responsibilities

You agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its security, submit false information, introduce malicious code, or use its facilities for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

You are responsible for checking the information you submit and for ensuring that donations are made voluntarily and with authority to use the selected payment method.

If you make a donation on behalf of another person or organisation, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary authority and consent.

09

Website content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, website text, graphics, branding, photographs, design elements, and other materials are owned by or used with permission by the Foundation or the relevant rights holders.

You may access and share public information for lawful, non-misleading purposes with appropriate attribution where suitable. You must not reproduce, modify, commercially exploit, or misrepresent protected content without the necessary permission, except where permitted by law.

You must not use the Foundation's name, logo, or materials in a way that falsely implies sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or authorisation.

10

This website may contain links to third-party websites and services, including Razorpay and related payment services.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. The Foundation does not control every aspect of their availability, content, security, or practices.

11

Disclaimers and liability

We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date, but information may occasionally be incomplete, change, or contain errors. Programme information and projected outcomes are provided for general information and are not guarantees of a particular result.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Foundation is not responsible for losses caused by third-party payment provider outages, bank processing delays, unauthorised acts outside its reasonable control, or temporary website unavailability.
