OUR PATHS

Four paths.

Pick yours or all.

Four distinct portals into inner balance. No rigid dogma. Just authentic practices distilled for modern rhythms.

01MEDITATE
Dhyana

In a world that never stops, Dhyana is your pause. You don't need experience or the 'right' way to sit. Just come as you are and let stillness do the rest

02ACT & SERVE
Karma

Karma is where good intentions become real change. It's a space to step out of yourself and into your community, to give your time, your skills and your care where they're needed most. No grand gestures required. Just show up and do the work with an open heart.

03FLOW
Yoga

Yoga is where body, breath, and mind come together as one. Through mindful postures and steady breathing, it builds strength that's quiet but lasting, flexibility that goes beyond the muscles, and a calm that stays with you long after you leave the mat. No experience needed, no perfect poses required. Just come as you are and move at your own pace.

04LEARN
Vidya

Vidya is the pursuit of knowledge that shapes not just the mind, but the whole person. It's a space to explore timeless wisdom, ask meaningful questions, and discover ideas that bring clarity to everyday life. No prior study needed, no right answers expected. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to learn.

a kula
is a family

Since 2024 · About us

A kula is a family.This one's yours.

In Sanskrit, kula means family: not just the one you're born into, but the one you find, the one that grows you. Shri is the name of Shakti, the divine feminine energy that creates, nourishes and sustains all life. Together, Srikula means the kula of Shakti.

Founded in 2024, we create open, joyful spaces for meditation (Dhyana), purposeful service (Karma), yoga flow, and timeless learning (Vidya) — while protecting the cultural and literary heritage of Jammu and Kashmir.
